By downloading or using Halal AI Scanner, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

RELIGIOUS & HEALTH DISCLAIMER:
Halal AI Scanner uses Artificial Intelligence to identify ingredients. While we strive for 100% accuracy, AI can make mistakes (hallucinations). This app is an aid and should not be used as a definitive religious Fatwa or medical advice. Always check the physical label for the most accurate information.

1. Services

The app provides food analysis services using image recognition and large language models. The results provided ("Halal", "Haram", "Mushbooh") are based on the data available to the AI at the time of processing.

2. Subscription & Pro Features

Subscriptions are managed via Apple's App Store and RevenueCat. Payments will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the app for any illegal purposes or to attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary systems. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the app complies with your local laws.

4. Intellectual Property

The app, its design, logo, and the custom algorithms used for identifying Halal status are the intellectual property of Halal AI Scanner.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any decisions made based on the app's output. The consumption of food products is entirely at the user's discretion and risk.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the app after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
